Blackwater Management Group, LLC (BMG), an affiliate entity of Blackwater Resources, LLC, directs the company’s asset management division. BMG approaches asset management from an owner’s perspective, and prides itself on its core strength of being able to take the owner’s objectives, evaluate a property and produce a management plan that yields efficiency, maximum property value and superior tenant satisfaction. BMG works closely with owners to identify the owner’s long and short term goals and develop innovative solutions to achieve those goals. BMG has the ability and personnel to manage capital investments and construction projects as well as all day-to-day management responsibilities.
